The interview process was thorough and organized. The interviewer asked questions that let me show my skills and experience. I got to talk about how my background fits the company's values and goals. The interview went smoothly and I felt confident about the role.
I applied and then had a recruiter screen, followed by a behavioral interview with an engineering manager. I didn't move on past that point, but they let me know I didn't have skills that weren't listed on the job post.
It was pretty straightforward. We had two panel interviews where they asked typical PM process questions. The interviewers were nice and fun. The last interview was with the CEO and it was short, only about 10 minutes.
