The recruiter was super nice and kept the call flowing really well. They asked questions that related to our chat and what we had talked about before, which helped me organize my responses.
The first step was a 30-minute phone interview with Ambeer and Carolyn. We had a good connection, and both interviewers were well-prepared, asking questions directly related to my resume. The pre-interview communication was also great. They even sent a text reminder after the initial call to help schedule the main interview, which was a nice touch.
It was a 2-round interview process. The first round was a 30 min phone call with the recruiter and the director of internal audit, focusing on behavioral questions. The second round was a 1.5 hour in-person interview with the director of internal audit and another recruiter. I'm thankful for the opportunity despite not having all the years of experience usually needed.
