I went through one content-based interview, which included technical and behavioral questions. It was a single round that took about an hour on Zoom.
It was chill! The hiring manager was super chill and introduced a lot regarding their project and what I will be working on. The place is a bit suburb but it ok if you are willing to commute or relocate.
We did a telephone interview and they asked a lot of questions about farm safety, equipment safety, and general agriculture knowledge. The interviewer also asked about my knowledge of different crop types and how to handle weeds and bugs.
