Agora Cyber Charter School Interview Questions

So the interview had two parts. First, I taught a mock lesson for about 25 minutes, where some administrators acted like students. After the lesson, they asked me some interview questions. I got the job offer right after.

The interview was pretty relaxed and down to earth. It was a group setting, and felt more like a chat than a formal interview. They wanted to get a feel for my personality and how I'd handle tough situations or problems.

I applied online and they sent me an email to do a virtual interview that lasted about 30 minutes. I interviewed with 4 people and it was really laid back. Everyone was very friendly, funny, and genuine. I received a call back 24 hours later and accepted the job. The quicker you move with HR, the quicker the hiring process will be.
