They contacted me by phone for an interview in their office, where they explained the company system and asked me questions about my experiences. It was a 30-minute chat with an assistant manager where they asked me some behavioral questions. They also explained their work a bit. It wasn't too tough and felt pretty straightforward. They also gave me some info on what to expect if I get the job.
