AGON was great about contacting me promptly and scheduling an interview around my convenience. They allowed me a grace period to move to the area and contacted me through my preferred method, unlike others who refuse to email.
The interview process is pretty standard. First, there's a phone call to set things up, followed by a one-on-one interview. Then, you meet with the CEO. They ask typical questions.
The first interview was very brief, but the second interview is a little more in-depth. They talk to you about the company and what they do. They also talk about how you can advance in your job at Agon. Along the way, they talk about how they got to where they are and ask a few personal questions in between. Then they give you a questionnaire as a review to everything that was covered.
