The recruiter mentioned I was being accelerated to the hiring manager round, but then sent a bunch of tests and admin tasks without warning about deadlines. I had to cancel my weekend plans to complete them. The recruiter then ghosted me for about a week before saying they weren't moving forward with my profile because my requests for a deadline extension were ignored. They should be more upfront and efficient with communication, especially when setting unrealistic, uncommunicated deadlines.
For an entry level role, Agoda's corporate strategy interview process is way too much. They make candidates do 4 user interviews with live case studies, a 1-hour online assessment, and a take-home case study. This take-home case involves 3 full days of work to process data and create full recommendations, and they don't pay for it.
