The Gurgaon HR connected me. Round 1 was DSA, where I got a question about matrix traversal with obstacles. It was a good interview, and I cleared it. The 2nd round was a platform interview. A senior software engineer interviewed me, but they focused on JavaScript, which seemed like a miscommunication as they interviewed me for frontend when I applied for backend. I spoke to HR about this, and after waiting 20 days, they asked me to reapply and then rejected me.
The technical interview didn't go as planned, not following the initial outline. I'm unclear on how they assessed the answers, maybe it was just that one interviewer.
Applied through LinkedIn, then there was an online Hackerrank test which I completed in the given time. First, there was an Online Assessment with 3 questions, Leetcode medium to hard and one React code question. Then, I had a first round coding interview where they asked 1 question about given an array codes and had to calculate the best discount possible on Hackerrank. I got rejected in this round.
