I had an HR call with someone based in Bangkok who was pretty good. Then, I had a really bad virtual interview with two expat interviewers, also in Bangkok. One showed up unannounced, and the other, who I think was recently promoted or moving departments, was really condescending. They both seemed totally uninterested in my answers, kept looking at their laptops, and then started packing up and standing up while I was still talking. Honestly, basic respect is expected. It makes sense why the company got flak for their handling of the recent restructuring; it lacked tact and humility, judging by my experience and their PR responses.
The process starts with the Alooba Test, which includes a logical numerical test, a report graph analysis, a critical thinking assessment, and questions on basic marketing knowledge, numbers, and data-driven concepts. This stage can take 1-3 weeks from application. The steps are: CV submission, conflict of interest declaration form, experience and expected salary submission, SHL Numerical Assessment Test (including a concepts & knowledge test and an SQL task), Interview 1 for General Analytics, Interview 2 for a Case Study presentation, and finally Interview 3 which is a Post Case Interview. The recruitment process is professional.
It was a 3 round process, took a while. I met with team leads from various departments and finished with a case interview. They were pretty responsive throughout. The vibe was good, no issues.
