Candidate-reported interview process
The interview had 3 rounds of product cases. First, I was asked to pick a product and suggest improvements. Then, I met with another manager who asked similar questions, but I intentionally gave different product answers.
So I applied in December and it took like a month just to hear back after submitting my CV. Then there was an online video assessment, followed by another online assessment which was like a personality test, and then two rounds of interviews. The whole process from start to finish took about 2-3 months. Some people I know heard back at the end of March or April.
This interview is a one-way video where you'll answer two questions about behavioral topics. It's straightforward, doesn't need live interaction, and should take under ten minutes.
