So the interview started with a video call where they wanted to know about my personality and how I behave, then we had an online meeting where they gave me a task. I was allowed to use Google during the task and the interviewer was there to help.
So the Agoda interview process, it has a few rounds. First, there's like an initial screening. Then, they hit you with a technical coding interview, which they probably do in Python. And there might be a system design or behavioral interview too, just to see if you can handle full-stack stuff and how you solve problems.
So first, I got a link to do a HackerRank test. It had questions on React and algorithms. The test wasn't super hard, but the time was pretty tight. The React part involved showing a list of things.
