My interview with Agoda was a few steps. First, I did a CodeSignal test. Then, I had an HR call about my background and if I'd be a good fit. The last part was a technical interview on HackerRank where I had to solve two coding challenges, one like LeetCode Medium and one LeetCode Hard, with harder follow-up questions.
The interview process was quite long and had several hard technical questions. It involved multiple rounds: an online assessment, technical interviews that focused on SQL, statistics, and modeling, and then a final round with a case study and behavioral questions. The interviewers were professional and focused on both technical depth and business thinking. You need strong foundations in experimentation, metrics, and stakeholder communication.
Applied via referal, they had a very unique process which involves lots of prob questions (not sure how much it is relevant in their projects). Screen round involved few difficult questions shared via hackerrank link, and is kind of assignment test with no one watching you.
