Candidate-reported interview process
The user didn't provide clear guidance on the interview process, and felt so hurried. The test was okay, although on some part they didn't elaborate on their own question, I felt unclear on the intention of the user during elevator pitch.
It was a detailed process with an assessment test that did not accurately reflect the duties or skills required for the role. However, the initial contact was very quick. It would be great to automatically receive the SHL results and summary as part of the service.
You'll start with an HR interview, followed by three more interviews. One of these is a take-home data analysis case study that you'll present. They really grill you to see if you know your stuff well, so be ready for follow-up questions.
