Candidate-reported interview process

It was a thorough and slightly extensive interview process. Started with a phone screening, followed by two panel interviews with team members and then directors. They also asked me to prepare and present a presentation to the team. The questions themselves weren't overly difficult.

I applied online and then got contacted about a month later for an interview. They asked me typical questions about myself, my background, and why I wanted to be a student worker. I got offered the job right then and there.

The interview process was very informal and laid-back. I felt prepared for all the common questions, and I was able to answer them without any difficulty. The overall vibe of the interview was quite relaxed. I enjoyed my experience, all in all.
