I was contacted by a talent acquisition specialist for a phone screen. They told me I would be moving on to speak with one of the RBDs and that I'd hear back about a date for that by the end of the week. After that, communication stopped. I sent two follow-up emails, and in the second one, I just kindly asked if I could know yes or no if I was still being considered because I was very interested in the role. I never heard back. A similar situation happened to other colleagues applying for roles in other territories. I found this to be very unprofessional.
The talent director was professional, kind, and very positive during the interview process. Even though I didn't get the job, I have to give her credit; she was great.
The interview process was pretty standard. First, I had a screening call with an HR person. Then, I met with the hiring manager, and after that, I talked to some team members. The whole thing went smoothly and was very straightforward. Everyone I talked to seemed professional and really positive about the company and the people here.
