I had a phone screen, then two logic IQ type tests, one 15-minute and one 90-minute. The 15-minute test felt too short, and the 90-minute one was too long; I think one 60-minute test with 15 questions would be better. Following that, there was a phone interview, and finally, a HTML assignment. The logic tests were a bit excessive. They failed me on the assignment, which I found strange given we're not supposed to have domain knowledge and the audience wasn't defined. Otherwise, the people were great.
So basically there were two phone calls and then two logic tests. They weren't that hard to be honest, and everyone was super nice during the process. Not much else to add, just wanted to make sure I hit the word count.
So first there was a phone call, then I had to take an online test that was like a logic/IQ test. After that, I went in person and spoke with the CEO and the Director of Customer Services, who would be my manager. I also chatted with some other people there. They really seem to test people, so if you say you know Excel and MS Office really well, you better be ready to show it. Then, after the interview, they gave me another test where I had to learn their software from a quick training and then build some stuff and write up instructions for a fake customer. It was a bit much after the interview, but it did show me how the software works and what working there would be like.
