Candidate-reported interview process

While I enjoyed the interactive and logical reasoning interviews, I don't think the 4-hour assessment is worth the time and effort. I enjoyed my one-on-one interview, but the recruiter's lack of communication and transparency really turned me off. To make things worse, I completed a 4-hour assessment that Agiloft never even evaluated. So, my advice is, if they ask you to do an assessment, ask if you'll be compensated for your time, because it's a real doozy.

It was a pretty long and tough process. Started with HR, then three interviews, and two tests. You should be ready for behavioral questions. The first test was an aptitude test, practice those for sure because they're tricky. The second test was about 4 hours long where you had to configure Agiloft and write a customer response. I don't think you can really prep for it, but logical thinking, programming, and math skills help. After all that, I got an offer, but they still needed to do a background and reference check.

I really didn't like that they made us do an aptitude test. It felt so random and like it had nothing to do with the job itself. For a smaller company, I don't get why they'd make candidates go through so many extra steps.
