It was campus recruiting, and they really tried to impress us. We started with a group activity in an escape room. Then there was 'speed-interviewing' where we met different employees over sushi, and the company outing included tickets to an avalanche game. The interview process itself included two behavioral interviews and one case study.
Had about a 30-minute interview with two employees. They asked typical interview questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'give an example of when you showed leadership'. It wasn't super challenging, but they did ask some probing questions.
Interviews were held in a social setting using a speed dating format. It was fast-paced, allowing interaction with all company employees and other candidates. This made it easy to see how you stacked up against others. A downside was not having enough time with any single employee to really understand the company's work and operations.
