Pretty standard interview process, but it took longer than it should have because there were a lot of steps. They communicated clearly the whole time, and the recruiter was really nice.
Had a phone interview and then a remote interview with some of the key people in the department. The process was really quick because of covid and pretty much how things have been done this past year.
First I had a call with the recruiter, who was really good at describing the company and talking about the job description. They asked if the location worked for my commute, and since it did, they wanted me to meet with the hiring manager. Then, I met the hiring manager in person. She was very transparent about the company and the Glassdoor reviews, which I was concerned about. After the interview, though, I realized this wasn't the right company for me.
