I interviewed with the CEO, CFO, Controller, and VPs of HR and Marketing. We discussed business issues, my experience, and the main challenges GeoLogistics faces. We also covered investor relations and difficulties in raising more funds. Before the interviews, I talked with the headhunter about my approach. During the interviews, I reviewed management reports to understand the business challenges. They also asked about business cases in general to check my problem-solving skills.
They were ready to conduct a telephonic round. They interviewed me, and even though I'm in the USA, they called from their Hyderabad location. For my experience, they're expecting hands-on experience with .NET Coding.
It was a 3 round interview process with Telephonic, Face to Face and Video Conference rounds. The first round was to see if I was genuinely interested in the post. The Face to Face was the next difficult round to check my job expertise, and the final round was with the top management to discuss the offer.
