The interviewer was kind of rude and acted like they didn't want me there. Seriously, if you're not actually thinking about hiring someone, don't waste their time. Some basic respect would be nice too. I was pretty excited to interview but left feeling really down.
The interview took about an hour, and it was pretty standard. They went over some basic stuff about my background and experience, threw in a few behavioral questions, and then showed me around the workplace. Nothing out of the ordinary, just what you'd expect for a first interview.
The interview process started with a 30-minute initial interview. The next day, I received a callback to meet with the local manager. This second interview was in-person and lasted over 2 hours. I felt really good about the job after leaving. Both managers told me I'd hear back either way. About a week later, the same position was posted again. After waiting a bit longer, I emailed both managers/supervisors. It's been over a month with no update, not even a rejection email. It wouldn't take much time to send a rejection, but nothing has come.
