Candidate-reported interview process

I had interviews with three different managers, and they were all really nice. The questions weren't too tough, except for the ones that presented a scenario, like asking what I'd do in a specific situation or how I'd tackle a certain problem.

I had a phone call then went on to a virtual interview. They asked typical interview questions about my strengths and weaknesses, plus some technical troubleshooting questions related to GCMS and HPLC. The offered pay looked okay.

It's like any other interviews I've had. First, an introduction, then the supervisor explained the job scope, my responsibilities, and what to expect working in that environment.
