Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really straightforward. They asked me to talk about my personal project. The interviewers were supportive. They asked things like "What is React?" and "What is a microservice?" I didn't feel much pressure during the interview.

The overall hiring process was quite lengthy, and there was a significant delay in receiving any updates. It was disappointing that they only informed me about selecting another candidate after the entire process had concluded, rather than providing earlier feedback.

So, there were two parts to it. First, we had a chat with a team architect and one of the managers, where they asked a basic logic/coding question. Then, there was an interview focused on personality, culture, and team fit with some of the senior management.
