Candidate-reported interview process

It was a typical interview process with a casual vibe. I met with a panel of people from different parts of the company. They asked me questions about my strengths and also reviewed my resume. The interview went for about an hour.

Submitted application, got a phone interview a couple weeks later, then an onsite interview with several management team members a couple weeks after that. Got the offer a week later.

It began with a phone call with the hiring manager. After that, I went onsite for the next stage. There, I gave a presentation about my current scientific work. Following the presentation, I had a panel interview with several employees where I was asked personality-based questions.
