The first three interviews were great, and the team reached back out to me after the final interview saying I should be getting an offer by the end of the week. The offer never came. I waited 3 weeks before reaching out again and never heard back. I found out from a family friend that they had a hiring freeze and the company wasn't doing well. I was super bummed because I really liked the team vibe. If I hadn't been told I'd get an offer, it would have been less disappointing.
The interview process involved an initial conversation with the hiring manager, followed by a meeting with HR, and concluding with a session with the function head.
