The interview process involved a full day of panel interviews, with decisions typically made within a few weeks. There was one interview session with associates and other sessions with management. The questions were not overly difficult, focusing on a blend of assessing knowledge and problem-solving abilities, as well as understanding your personality and how you collaborate with others.
I got an interview scheduling request from an AI for a job I didn't apply for. Despite the large time difference (US vs South east Asia), I remained open-minded. I waited at 10 pm for a call, but it never happened. It would be better to not give false hope as it's unprofessional. Also, the hiring AI seems to have glitches or bugs that need fixing. Lastly, if an interview is cancelled, the AI should inform the interviewee. Fortunately, the next day was my day off.
I had my second round of interviews set up, but then everyone just ghosted me. The interviewer, the scheduler, and the six people I was supposed to meet with all went silent.
