Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process had 3 steps, with 3 one-on-one interviews. The interviews were pretty standard and the interviewers were genuine. Each one lasted over 30 minutes.

It was a standard interview process for a project manager. I had three rounds in total. First, I spoke with the recruiter, then I met with the hiring manager, and finally, I interviewed with the hiring manager's boss.

There were 3 sessions: one with HR, one with the hiring manager, and one with leads from other departments that interact with this role. Everyone was nice and took their time to explain what they do at the company so I could understand my future responsibilities better.
