Candidate-reported interview process

First had a conversation with the Santa Clara office, then with people from the Belgian offices. Very friendly and warm people. No tricky questions, no tests, just questions and answers about previous experiences, interests, etc.

I found the job posting on the company website. The interview process involved two initial rounds with the hiring manager and senior colleagues. Following that, there were two more rounds of on-site interviews. The first on-site interview was a group session where my potential future colleagues asked me a lot of questions. The second on-site interview was a one-hour conversation with the Division VP. After that, there was a background check and then an offer was extended.

A virtual scheduling assistant reached out to me and gave me some options for a phone interview. They confirmed the date and time, and sent reminders the day before and the day of. I was waiting by my phone, but they never called. I tried to reschedule using the virtual assistant, but got a message that it wasn't possible.
