Candidate-reported interview process

Had 3 interviews: one with the manager, one with a peer, and one with the service & sales manager. It wasn't interactive at all. They probably evaluated based on questions from management guidelines or ChatGPT, felt very artificial. I had to give examples of my fundamental behaviors for the purpose.

After I applied, my interview was booked and arranged swiftly. They were quick to review and reply after the interview. I was contacted and given the interview result in good time. A good process was in place.

This was one of the most time-consuming hiring processes I've experienced. There's no set process; they can change it based on their convenience. I ended up giving 6 interviews, and in the end, they said I wasn't selected because I was a growth-oriented, fast-paced candidate.
