Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 3 round interview process. Started with HR, then an interview with the team, and finally a technical interview with a presentation to the team and manager. The whole process was pretty simple and took less than a month from start to finish.

There were two interviews. The first was a quick chat with an external recruiter working for the company, and the second was a longer one with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions, and was really interested in learning about new work methods and approaches I've used in my past jobs, which were quite similar to this one.

The interview involved really technical questions about electronics boards, manufacturing concepts, and getting tasks done by deadlines. I was asked to explain step-by-step how to fix manufacturing problems and also how to meet those deadlines.
