Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 3-interview process. First was with the line manager, then the senior manager, and finally, a leadership HR round which is the confirmation stage. The interview was extremely easy; anyone with basic procurement knowledge could pass.

The interview lasted 45 minutes and didn't go great. They gave me an introduction to the company and outlined the role's expectations. It was about 45 minutes total. I could have been more prepared, and sometimes it felt a bit rushed.

I met with 4 people in person. Each interview was about 45 minutes, so it took a good portion of the day. Additionally had 2 phone interviews. It was nice to meet all the staff this way.
