Candidate-reported interview process

The first step involves a technical interview, with specific theoretical questions for the role. They also ask questions that clients might actually pose to a field service engineer.

It was a really quick and hurried process. First, there was a phone call with an HR recruiter. Then, I interviewed with the hiring managers. After that, I had another call with the manager and HR to go over contract details and salary. Because of Covid, I guess, there wasn't a stage to meet the team or visit the office.

The first interview was with a recruiter and it was pretty easy. Then I had a second interview with a panel of people from Agilent. It was on Teams and kind of strange because only one person had their camera on, and people kept joining and leaving the call. They didn't seem very prepared to talk to me and asked a lot of questions that didn't seem to relate to the job description.
