Candidate-reported interview process

Had a quick phone screening with HR first, lasted about 10-15 minutes. Then, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager at Agilent in Yishun.

We started with a personal introduction, then a presentation of the job, followed by a Q&A session about the technical and practical aspects of the role. After that, I had to answer these questions, and we finished by clearing up any remaining uncertainties.

I went through 2 stages of interviews. The first interview was mostly about me and my background. The second interview was more about the job itself, and they also shared the results of my personality test.
