Candidate-reported interview process

The interview involved questions on first-year EE material and basic op-amp concepts. Make sure you're prepared in your area of specialization and know everything on your resume.

It started with a recruiter call, just an overview of my education and work experience. Then, a few days later, I got a call from the hiring manager's assistant. I went over my resume with him and answered some questions. A week after that, I had an in-person meeting.

About 15 days after applying, HR sent me a packet with questions about my availability and some behavioral questions. Two weeks later, I had a phone interview. I got a document with prep guidelines and sample questions, which I used to prepare for a behavioral interview. However, the actual interview started with a technical lightning round. The interviewer asked technical questions, and when I mentioned I prepared for behavioral, they seemed amused. I felt tricked and that my time was wasted. I got no feedback, and after almost two months, my status was 'rejected'.
