Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was very organized and structured. They were 100% transparent about the results.

The interview process went really well and I was selected. But then, I don't know what happened while I was waiting for my offer letter, HR called to say it wasn't approved! It's frustrating to get excited about a job only to end up with no offer. This is the first time I've experienced a situation where a verbal offer was made and accepted, but then it got rejected! Don't get people's hopes up for nothing when no letter is offered, even after a verbal agreement!

A third-party company set up the interviews. Managers from different departments were present, along with the hiring manager. They talked about the job description and company culture, and asked about my experience and goals in between.
