Candidate-reported interview process

Had 3 interviews in total, 2 remote and 1 onsite. The onsite involved two presentations: one about myself and another where I had to develop a business case. The overall vibe and setup of the interviews were great. Very positive environment and the hiring manager was really knowledgeable.

We started with a phone call with the hiring manager. Then, I went in for an in-person interview where I talked to people in the same job, the hiring manager, and a manager from a similar team. After that, we took a quick walk around the place.

3 interviews, 2 of which were in English and included PPT presentations. Interviews were with managers from different countries, covering various topics, role-playing scenarios, and questions. The interview felt more like a discussion with a presentation and a few technical and personality questions. Overall, it was a pleasant exchange, though a bit rushed to prepare.
