Candidate-reported interview process

Had a 45-minute interview to solve various technical problems in TypeScript. Following that, we reviewed use cases, architecture, and accessibility. They wanted to make sure I had a strong grasp of frontend development. Finally, there was a client interview for behavioral aspects.

I had a great time interviewing here. The hiring process was really put together, and the team was super professional and friendly. They're doing some really cool stuff with how they hire, which is pretty inspiring.

Applied to the job, did an online JS task which included a small React task. Then had a chat with HR about the role and what's next. Got invited to a technical interview. It was a 1-hour discussion about JS, TS, and React. After a month, no feedback. Wasn't a fan of some weird questions about class components and their lifecycles, especially for a new project. Checked other reviews and saw similar questions.
