I received a technical test via email that I had to complete on my own time. It was an online exercise that took 50 minutes, using Java 8. The problem description was in English on the left side of the screen, and on the right was the panel where I could write and run code.
They begin with a technical test, before any interview. I decided not to continue, because it would be guaranteed that after the technical test I would be selected, and therefore it could be a waste of time.
Recruiter reached out. I took a timed technical exam and passed. Then I had a follow up technical interview with a senior developer, which I also passed. I was told I would be matched with a client, but it's been 2 months since I finished the interview and I still haven't heard back.
