First I talked to the Hiring Manager and then the VP. Once those were good, I got a simple take home assignment where I had to write test cases. After that it was a final onsite interview with 4-5 people.
It was a pretty good process that took one full day. I met with all the execs and thought they were good people. The office was nice and they had a good story about where they're headed.
The hiring journey was pretty straightforward. I was contacted by the talent acquisition lead via LinkedIn. It started with a phone screen, followed by a video interview. The final step was an in-person meeting with two team members, where I presented some of my work to show what I could do. The vibe during all the interviews was really relaxed, and everyone seemed friendly and knew their stuff. What really sealed the deal for me was hearing about their mission to provide transportation agencies with products that help save lives on the road.
