The interview process went smoothly and the interviewer was very pleasant. The entire interaction took place via a Microsoft Teams call, where the interviewer posed questions and I provided my answers.

It was pretty straightforward. I'd actually worked at the company before, so it was easy. I met face-to-face with the Engagement Manager, who knew his stuff and was really engaging. I'd totally work with them again if I had the chance.

Got referred by a friend in a senior position. HR called first to ask basic questions about my skill set. I sent my resume. My first in-person interview was scheduled for 3 days later. I presented my experience as a Senior Account Manager and answered the panel's questions. The next interview was scheduled for the following week. I passed that and got a good package. Started the job that same week.
