I got a call from a recruiter who said my resume was a good fit. They asked about my resume activities and how they qualified me for the job, then scheduled me for an interview the next day. At the office, there were lots of other applicants, mostly recent grads. I had a one-on-one interview, and then a second interview that felt more like a chat to see if I fit the role. It's important to ask about daily duties to decide if it's for you. It's basically a door-to-door sales job, so if that's not your thing, this probably isn't either.
I went through two interviews. The first one was with an office manager where we just talked about basic stuff like my background, education, and what I think my strengths and weaknesses are. The second interview started with a group presentation and then I had a one-on-one with another manager.
This company is pretty easy to interview with. They have a 3 round interview process. First one is a get to know you in person. It's about 20 mins or so. The 2nd one for me was the next day. You come to the office and then they have you hang out with one of their account managers who takes you for coffee and then they ask you questions. They also cover a day in the life and what they are looking for long term. You then go for a third interview when you come back and that's when they discuss pay and benefits. They also asked me some follow up questions.
