I had an hour-long call with the hiring manager. He told me about himself and the job. It was going fine until he asked for my sales experience in numbers. Since I don't have experience in direct selling, he couldn't move forward with my profile.
went thru several times of interview process, include presentation for AGGREKO product and how to increase the sales for the rental business. a lot of researches required and work out the slide for this presentation.
The interview process was lengthy, starting from the first chat with the recruiter and ending with a panel interview. All interviewers were nice people. It appears they post job openings but then take a long time to decide on a candidate.
