I applied on LinkedIn with my CV and a motivation letter. Then I was invited for a 1-on-1 with the store manager. The interview was about 45 minutes long. They asked me to talk about myself, my motivations, and what I know about the company. About 2 weeks later, they contacted me with the interview results.
The whole interview was about 45 minutes. The store manager interviewed me and asked about my background and experiences. I'd recommend researching the brand beforehand and not getting confused by the French name; showing interest is good. Finally, I was asked to try selling products from the boutique to the manager. Remember to act like a lady and sell exclusivity to demanding clients.
I applied online through the company's career site and then a store manager reached out to me for an in-person interview. After that, there was a role-playing exercise on the shop floor where I had to interact with different customer types. Passing that led to a phone interview with the regional manager. The final step was Store Approval, which is necessary since this is a luxury lingerie brand and they want their sales associates to reflect that. My advice is to dress very well for the interview.
