Agendia Interview Questions

I have great respect for this company and their product, but this interview experience was terrible. After applying I was reached out to by the hiring manager detailing the process and providing transparency. In this current job climate thats refreshing to see considering how bleak it is. After talking with the head of HR I was completely ghosted, noting that this initial call was preliminary and next steps would be sent out. Was the email just their way of soft launching the ghosting? I would have much rather been ghosted straight up than to think this interview would be anything different.

I had a phone screen with the HR manager, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview. Everyone was very professional and gave good insight into the role. I wish I could have learned more and spent more time with each interviewer.

I had one interview and then I was ghosted, never heard back. The recruiter was great until that point. I was told I would hear back within a week, but when I followed up, I never got a response.
