Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty short. It involved a personality test and then a couple of phone interviews.

We had a 3-step interview process. First, I spoke with the CTO, then the Account Manager, and finally the Lead Developer. They were really open about the company's history, future goals, and where they're headed. The management team was very nice and they had clear expectations, processes, and scope of work.

The interview process involved a technical screen, a phone interview, a one-on-one, and finally a panel interview. Overall, it was a really positive and unbiased experience. I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout, with no pressure at all.
