We had a few interviews. It started with a quick intro video chat. After that, I met with some people from the department I would have been working with (new biz). It was pretty straightforward, and everyone was really nice and open. Feel free to ask any questions you have. The company itself is like a creative playground.
I went through two rounds of interviews. The first was with HR, which was a positive experience. The second was with the managers, and they seemed disengaged and like they had already made up their minds not to hire me. They wouldn't give me a salary range, and then I was pressured to state my desired number. After two weeks of silence, I followed up with HR, but still heard nothing. It's been a couple of months now, and I haven't received any further communication.
I had an initial chat with HR, and I followed up a few times. It took months to hear back, so I ended up taking another job.
