Agency EA Interview Questions

I applied online and heard back a week later about an interview. I met with the art director, creative director, and senior designer. They gave me an office tour, explained their work, and who I'd be working with. I showed them my portfolio and talked about my work since graduating. The meeting lasted about an hour. They mentioned they had more interviews scheduled and would be in touch, but I haven't heard back in 4 weeks.

So I had this sit down meeting with two senior designers, it was super chill and friendly. I walked them through my portfolio. Afterwards, they showed me some of their recent projects so I could get a better idea of what the company is all about.

Applied online and tried reaching out to 2 recruiters directly with no response. Weeks later, a mutual friend of mine and a coworker there connected us, which led to me being looked at more closely as a candidate. Soon after, about 3-5 days, I had 2 interviews. Each interview was 1hr long: 1 was in person and the other was a phone interview with the heads of the department.
