It started with a simple phone screening, then an in-person interview with the manager. They asked a lot about career goals and outlook, which isn't typical for a nursing interview. Be sure to have questions ready and know about the company and the role.
I had a 15-minute prescreen call with a recruiter, then an online interview with management that was about 30 minutes. Waiting to hear back on what's next. They were super friendly, communicated well, and got back to me quickly with updates.
I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then an in-person clinic interview, and finally an interview with the CEO. It was really frustrating because after the in-person interview, and after they told me when I would hear back, they just stopped communicating. No updates at all. The leadership just went silent instead of saying yes or no. It's also not a very diverse company.
