Recruitment process seems quite long compared others with little info of the actual job and recruiter asking my current salary in a short catch up call. Whats up with that?
First a recruiter from HR gave me a call, then the manager had a phone screen with me, then I went onsite for an interview. They gave me a tour of the plant, then had a round of interview, after which they took me out for lunch in town.
Very well-structured interview, the people were professional and had excellent English. They made me feel comfortable. It's an international company with great growth potential. The hiring manager was very friendly and, along with another manager, they were ready to discuss how they could accommodate me.
