Candidate-reported interview process

It was a chill and welcoming experience, I didn't feel any pressure. Everyone asked at least one question. The questions were easy to get and answer, and I had plenty of time to ask them my questions and get answers.

The interview was very simple, no technical questions. The staff were very nice. I had three interviews in total before getting the offer. Hiring is through an agency, with limited renewal possibilities after three years. During the period I worked there, they did not renew several contracts.

The interview was quite relaxed and lasted about an hour. The interviewer had a great sense of humor, which made the atmosphere light and I didn't feel judged. They asked about my career path as if we were just chatting casually.
